Terms of Service

Who we are. F*CK LIMITS (FCK LIMITS) is operated by Gabriel Cypriano Coutinho, an individual developer based in Brazil ("we"). By creating an account or buying a plan you agree to these terms.

Service. We resell prepaid, data-only eSIM plans provided by third-party network partners for use outside your home country. No phone number, voice or SMS is included. Plans are sold in the F*ck Limits iPhone app.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, and use an unlocked, eSIM-compatible iPhone. Check compatibility before buying.

Plans. Unlimited Lite, Unlimited and Max plans are priced per day with a daily high-speed allowance shown before you pay; after it, speed is reduced for the rest of that day. Coverage and speed depend on local partner networks and are not guaranteed. Validity starts when the eSIM first connects to a supported network, as shown at checkout.

Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe (card or Apple Pay). Prices are shown before you pay and include any group discount. The eSIM is a service used outside the app; no app features are sold.

Groups. Group eSIMs are released only when every seat is paid. Progressive group discounts apply to the seats shown at checkout. The organizer is responsible for having permission to share friends’ contact details when inviting them.

Refunds. See the Refund Policy: full refund within 14 days if the eSIM was never installed or used, requested in the app.

Ride game. Ride is a free game. Playing can earn free data days under the rules shown in the app (limits per week, availability by region). Rewards have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold or transferred, and may be withdrawn for cheating or abuse. No purchase or payment is needed to play, and there is no gambling.

Acceptable use. No resale, fraud, abuse, or unlawful use. We may suspend accounts or eSIMs involved in fraud, chargeback abuse or cheating.

Account deletion. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Account > Delete account). Records we must keep by law (e.g. tax) are retained without your profile.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected plan. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law in your country.

Changes and law. We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version. Brazilian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
